Communication between people does not always take place through language. A glance, a gesture, a distance, or even something left unsaid can become a message between us. I am interested in the less visible aspects of these exchanges—the connections, understandings, and misunderstandings that emerge as people come closer to one another, as well as the subtle changes that are difficult to put into words.
My works begin with familiar people, objects, and scenes from everyday life, as well as with personal experiences and memories. Through embroidery, painting, and collage, I deconstruct, transform, and recombine elements from reality, allowing them to become images that exist somewhere between the real and the imagined. The figures, lines, and spaces within the works sometimes resemble fragments of memory, and at other times, traces that remain within us after an encounter with another person.
For me, creating is like drawing an invisible nautical chart—not to record what happened itself, but to trace the directions and changes left within us after encountering another person.
人與人之間的交流，並不總是透過語言發生。一個眼神、一個動作、一段距離，甚至是沒有說出口的話，都可能成為彼此之間的訊息。我關注的是這些交流之中不容易被看見的部分，人與人靠近時產生的連結、理解與誤解，以及那些難以用語言說明的細微變化。
作品從日常生活中熟悉的人、物件與場景出發，也從個人的經驗與記憶開始。透過刺繡、繪畫與拼貼，我將現實中的事物重新拆解、轉換與組合，使它們成為介於真實與想像之間的形象。畫面中的人物、線條與空間，有時像是一段記憶的殘留，有時則像是在一次交流之後，仍留在心中的痕跡。
對我而言，創作像是在描繪一張看不見的航海圖，記錄的並不是事情本身，而是人與人相遇之後，內心留下的方向與變化。
